Glori Brogden

Glori grew up in Lakeland, FL and has lived in Brevard County for 20 years. She's been working with Allstate products since 2007 and brings her positive energy and experience to every interaction. Glori spends most of her free time with her amazing daughter, Harlow, who is a competitive golfer and travels to courses all over the state.

Eraina Payne

Eraina was born in Brevard County, FL, and raised right here on the beautiful beaches of Indian Harbour Beach. She grew up working in her parents' insurance agency and takes great pride in helping customers find the best solution for their individual needs. Eraina brings her enthusiasm and wisdom to the office each day and we are so fortunate to have her here! Another fun fact is that she enjoys singing, has an amazing set of pipes, and was a candidate on TV!

Amy is a FL native who moved to Brevard County in 2013 from Tampa has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, from claims, underwriting and accounting. She now enjoys working with customers to help find a custom solution to fit their unique needs. Amy enjoys family time and the arts, reading and gardening.

Lara Gianella

Lara is a lifelong Brevard County resident, and she has been a licensed agent as a part of Allstate since 2007. She enjoys going to the beach and paddle boarding with her family, gardening, reading, various art/DIY projects and generally keeping quite busy. She is passionate about informing customers and helping them find the right protection every time.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Colleen moved to Brevard County, FL in 2015. She enjoys our beautiful beaches for watching the sunrise and loves bicycling. Colleen's family meets every year at the Jersey Shore for their large reunion. She has worked in the insurance business for over 25 years and her passion is helping people with their insurance needs.

Jennifer Kies

Jennifer was born in Florida and has been a Brevard County resident most of her life. She and her family are very active with team sports, and other outdoor activities such as boating, fishing and camping. Jennifer has been working with Allstate products since 2010 in various roles all within the insurance industry. The knowledge gained in her years of experience are put to good use in helping customers choose the right protection for themselves and their family.

Shaylee McGuire

Shaylee is a lifelong Brevard County resident who is passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Integrated Business at the University of Central Florida and is projected to graduate in December 2026. Through her education and hands-on experience, she has developed a strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, and relationship building. Shaylee joined the agency as an intern in 2023 and earned her insurance license in 2024. Since then, she has enjoyed helping customers navigate their insurance options and providing personalized service tailored to their unique needs. When she's not in the office, Shaylee enjoys reading, going to the gym, and spending time by the pool or at the beach. She takes pride in serving her local community and is committed to both personal and professional growth.

Steven Engel

A South Florida native and newcomer to the Space Coast, Steven spent several years teaching in Costa Rica and Spain before returning to Florida and working in legal services. Those experiences shaped his belief that every person has a story and that good communication starts with listening. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Steven enjoys working directly with people, answering questions, and helping people feel informed and confident in their decisions. Outside of the office, Steven enjoys cooking, ceramics, painting, and exploring local gems. Whether it's a favorite place, experience, or family recipe, he's always interested in hearing about something that's too good not to share. Ask him for a reference, and he'll gladly share a few of his own.

Viridiana Tinoco

Originally from Orange County, California, Viridiana has called Jacksonville home since 2024. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and has always been passionate about helping people navigate important insurance decisions with confidence and clarity. For the past five years, Viridiana has been helping individuals and families navigate the insurance journey with information, guidance, and personalized solutions. She believes every family has a unique story and deserves protection designed around their goals, values, and dreams. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she enjoys connecting with families from diverse backgrounds, simplifying the insurance process, answering questions, and empowering customers to make informed decisions that protect the people they love most. When she's not working, Viridiana is a proud mother of four who enjoys staying active through kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, exploring national parks, and spending quality time with her family.
